Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of wrong.jrand.net. wrong. is a WebLab LLC product. WebLab LLC is a Tennessee limited liability company. By using the service, you accept these terms.
1. The service
wrong.jrand.net provides AI-driven critique of user-submitted text arguments. You paste or upload text. Automated language models, currently Anthropic Claude, generate findings, a verdict, and a numeric score.
Output is generated by automated systems and may contain errors, omissions, or hallucinations. You must independently verify the output before relying on it for any consequential decision, including legal, financial, medical, academic, or business decisions. The service is a critique tool, not professional advice.
2. Accounts and login
You must be at least 18 to register an account or purchase credits. By creating an account or paying for credits, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Accounts use email-based magic-link login. There is no password. Each session is tied to a single email address. You are responsible for the security of the inbox you register with. Anyone with access to that inbox can log into your account.
You may delete your account at any time by emailing jace@jrand.com from the address on file. Deletion triggers a 30-day soft delete during which personally identifiable information is zeroed and your account is recoverable on request. After 30 days, the remaining personal data is hard purged. Submissions you marked public may remain on the public Wall of Wrong with no user attribution.
3. Credits and pricing
Use of the service is metered in credits. Free tier: 1 submission per 24 hours, rolling. Free submissions do not roll over.
Credit packs are sold at fixed prices. $5 for 25 credits. $20 for 120 credits. $50 for 360 credits. Purchased credits do not expire. Pack pricing may change with notice; existing balances are not affected.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing credits, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
4. Refunds and disputes
There is no self-serve refund flow. To request a refund, email jace@jrand.com with your account email and the reason. Refund decisions are made case-by-case by WebLab LLC and are not guaranteed.
If you initiate a Stripe chargeback, your account is automatically frozen pending resolution. While frozen, you can log in and view history but cannot submit new arguments or run fixes. Email jace@jrand.com to resolve the dispute and restore the account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit personally identifiable information about other people without their consent.
- Submit content that is illegal under United States or Tennessee law.
- Submit content designed to evade or manipulate the safety review of the underlying language model.
- Use the service to generate content for harassment, defamation, or targeted abuse of any individual or group.
- Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or scrape the underlying prompts, models, or scoring logic.
- Resell, redistribute, or expose the service as your own product without a written agreement with WebLab LLC.
WebLab LLC may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Credits on a terminated account are forfeit.
6. Public Wall of Wrong
Submissions are public on the Wall of Wrong by default. Free-tier submissions, including anonymous and signed-up-free, are always public. Paid users may toggle individual submissions to private and set a global default. Public cards never display your email or any account identifier.
Do not submit content you would not want associated with a public verdict.
7. Liability
The service is provided as-is and as-available. WebLab LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that output will be accurate, complete, or free of errors.

WebLab LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold WebLab LLC harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the text you submit. You grant WebLab LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your submissions for the purpose of providing the service, including transmitting them to Anthropic for critique generation, and to display public submissions on the Wall of Wrong.
Output generated by the service is yours to use, subject to the terms of the underlying language model provider (currently Anthropic). WebLab LLC retains ownership of the service itself, the prompts, the scoring methodology, and the site code.
9. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
WebLab LLC respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the public Wall of Wrong infringes your copyright, send a written notice to jace@jrand.com that includes: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) the URL or other location of the alleged infringing content, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, and (f) your physical or electronic signature.
